Join us at Hungry Taco’s new restaurant for a masterclass on Mexico's essential chillies where you’ll learn:

• The difference between fresh and dried chiles

• How soil, sun and water shape the flavour and heat of chiles

• And most importantly discover how they come together in iconic Mexican dishes like mole and salsas which you'll taste on the night

The class is led by Alexa Fernandez, founder of Chili Maven, who brings Mexican salsa macha and mole to the UK from artisan producers in Mexico.
